Lux Beauty Studio follows policies for each and every appointment, booking an appointment validates agreement to these policies. Please read the following list regarding Lux Beauty Studio's policies.
- Rescheduling or Canceling. All appointments require a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling for any appointment. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be considered a no-show.
- No Show Appointments. Lux Beauty Studio follows strict no show appointment policies. A no show is defined as when a client does not show up for their appointment, without messaging to reschedule or cancel their appointment previously. All services are provided by appointment only, selected by the client to provide the most convenient time for each appointment, saving the proper amount of time for each appointment. As not showing up for your appointment is extremely disrespectful to my studio and business, any client that no shows at Lux Beauty Studio will not be allowed to rebook for any appointment. Clients that no show will receive an email regarding the appointment as well as the inability to rebook future appointments.

- Late Clients. If you expect to be late for your appointment, please message me at 705-206-3354, to give notice! Appointments are held for 5 minutes past the start time if there is no notice given of being late, after this your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no show. I always reach out to my clients as well to see if you are on your way before marking the appointment as a no show. Please always message me to give notice that you may be late, so your appointment does not get canceled!
- Age Requirement. At Lux Beauty Studio there is an age req. on PMU ( permanent makeup services). For PMU Microblading, Powder Ombre Brows, Lip Blushing or Lip Neutralization, all clients must be 18+ or 16+ with a signature from your legal guardian.
- Additional Company. As much as I LOVE meeting new faces and chatting, additional company at your appointment is not allowed. I do not have enough space in the studio for additional company for any appointments. If you are unable to attend your appointment alone due to unforeseen circumstances, please message me at 705-206-3354 prior to your appointment!
- Payments. Lux Beauty Studio accepts e-transfer or cash for payment on any service, to pay prior to your appointment, message me at 705-206-3354 for more info!
